FileFlip is operated by Locify Media, owner Yahya Sleman (sole proprietor), Am Schöpfwerk 29/11/74, 1120 Wien, Austria. Contact: hallo@locifymedia.at.

FileFlip provides free, browser-based file conversion tools. Your files are processed locally on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers.

You may only convert files you own or have the right to use. You must not process illegal content. You are solely responsible for the files you process and for how you use the results.

The tools are provided “as is”, free of charge. We do not guarantee results, quality, availability or that output files are error-free. Always keep a copy of your original files.

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for personal injury or limits mandatory consumer rights under Austrian or EU law.

The free plan is limited to 100 MB per file. A paid Pro plan is planned but not available yet. Waitlist members receive the announced launch discount of 50% off the first 3 months. The Pro terms will be published before Pro launches.

The free version may show advertising.

We may change or discontinue the service and these terms at any time. Continued use of FileFlip means you accept the updated terms.

Austrian law applies. This does not override mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
